Thank you Quentin
I didn't take a look if wine is in the backports, but it's in the etch
main repository, when I looked with Iceweasel for it, only Synaptic
isn't able to "see" it, resp. it looks like apt-get too.
If your .deb file is fine, I could test it again with Lenny's wine.
Cheers,
Ralf

I did reset my 64 Studio by doing
spinymouse@64studio:~/Desktop/tmp$ rm in regsvr32 winecfg
spinymouse@64studio:~/Desktop/tmp$ ls
dvdramtools reaper2301-install.exe
spinymouse@64studio:~/Desktop/tmp$ cd ~
spinymouse@64studio:~$ rm -r .wine
I marked wine for complete removal, so synaptic did this
Commit Log for Wed Jul 2 16:40:39 2008
Completely removed the following packages:
wine
Removed the following packages:
wineasio
Is this enough for a reset?
Cheers,
Ralf

spinymouse@64studio:~/Desktop$ rm REAPER.desktop REAPER.lnk
But the libwine packages are still installed and wineasio were removed
normally and not completely.

64bit installation - wine, wineasio and Reaper
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----

I prefer double clicks, so for me they never went out of style. The
default KDE single click is annoying, especially when I am selecting
multiple items and a select all is not appropriate. I guess everyone
has their own preference.

| Hm, I prefer single clicks for KDE and GNOME, as far as possible and
it makes me wonder that double clicks came into fashion again.

Yep, but I think you have better luck than I, because some Linux
applications can't be set to accept single clicks. GNOME can accept
single clicks, but not some file browser used by GNOME applications.
