Default Which NVida card might be the best?

Which NVidia card might be the best for use with 64 Studio ex 2.1 and
Linux in general?
Is 3D support available for all NVidia cards?
The question if the vertical refresh rate will be fine, when in use with
64 Studio, might be a question that can't be answered.

The informations are not complete, I just copied some of the mail order
business descriptions.

Does TV-OUT mean HDTV, but not Composite Video?
Does Viedeo output mean Composite Video?
Is there less noise without a fan or will this increase the speed of the
power supply's and CPU's fans to extreme?
What's about 2 Screens and parallel use of 1 Screen and Non-VGA-signals?
What's about the speed and the RAM?

Here are some under 50,00 EUR. I'll search for more and compare prices
later.

Any suggestions for other NVidia or other chip set cards using PCIe x16,
PCIe x1 or PCI?
