In a dual-boot or triple-boot system, the Computer view in Gnome shows the
hard disc partitions of the other systems, but they are not set up with
mount points. If a user clicks the icons, this results in a cryptic
message about a libhal_free_dbus_error.
The workaround is to create a mount point manually, e.g. as root:
# mkdir /mnt/hda8
# mount /dev/hda8 /mnt/hda8
