#435: Gigedit not compiled as a LinuxSampler plugin

Clicking the edit button on an instrument strip in Qsampler causes an
error message. The linuxsampler plugins directory exists in
/usr/lib/linuxsampler/plugins but even though gigedit is installed, there
is no gigedit plugin in that directory. Solution detailed here:

Comment:

Included gigedit package, pressing the Edit button on a channel should
make it appear as long as linuxsampler was started from Qsampler itself.

Works great, 3.0 alpha users can get the gigedit package from:

http://apt.64studio.com/backports/pool/main/g/gigedit/

install it with dpkg -i

then restart qsampler.
