Hi Free,

Got no joy here:

# apt-get install wine
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Package wine is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package wine has no installation candidate
#

Did it get moved ?

Btw, is the devel package available too ?

Best,

dp

Hi Free,

Does that mean that wine would be installed by default? I've never used
it nor wanted it, and would probably want to remove it. I wonder if it
would be practical to have things like wine optionally installed, as a
user choice? I may be in the minority here, of course

Cheers!
